The Art of Yoga Technology

with guest teacher Eden Kellner

You have already begun your journey (even before signing up for this retreat).

Your curiosity led you to imagine what it would be like to sink in to your yoga practice for 5 full days. What would it feel like to unplug and dedicate time to cultivating a deeper connection to your yoga practice with seasoned teachers?

If you do join us (and space is limited) you will wake up in the glory of the Costa Rican Primary forest. Your wake up call may be the Howler Monkey or The Black Throated Trogon.

Every day will include two Asana Classes led by either Eden Kellner or Chris Barreto.

We will focus on the subtle aspects of the physical postures and their connection to the Koshas (the ‘physical’, ‘energetic’, ‘mental’, ‘wisdom’ and ‘bliss’ aspects of ourselves).

Classes will revolve around the Chakra system where you will learn foundational energetic principles of the parts of the body. After the 5 days you will be more informed of the subtle shifts that are possible through a consistent yoga practice.

The days are equatorial in Corvado National Park so we will rise with the sun and settle in at dusk with our yoga practice and in between there will be time for relaxation, reflection and adventure.

The even balance of light and dark is a perfect backdrop for the inner and outer journey that this retreat provides.

We will explore the natural world in one of the most biodiverse corners of the planet.

Allow Eden and Chris to be your guides, as you explore the varied and stunning landscapes of the Southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica, home to hundreds of different species of exotic animals and vibrant tropical flora.

Each day will be a new adventure; Options for the days include guided walks to pristine beaches and magical waterfalls for swimming; Journaling practices, silent meditations, horse back riding and monkey spotting.

Our YOGADVENTURE home sits on a hilltop above several of the most Exotic Beaches on the Osa Peninsula, Cabo Matapalo, Pan Dulce, Backwash Bay and Playa Matapalo de Osa.

Surrounded by thousands of acres of Rainforest that connect to the famed Corcovado National Park, home to 80% of all wildlife in all of Costa Rica making it an ideal destination for any nature lover.

Be prepared to get up close and personal with all types of wildlife.... monkeys, toucans, parrots, iguanas and more abound in this tropical paradise.
